Over the past six months, i2e Consulting has been spinning off one of its most successful project management product (Project Planning Pro) into a new company.  We will share our challenges and successes on our journey so far, from initial planning using the Business Canvass Model, and market and competitive research with Gartner, to navigating the entrepreneur ecosystem and pitching to investors.

i2e Consulting LLC: Provider of technology services and software products in the Project and Portfolio Management space.

Darwyn Azzinaro is the VP of PPM at i2e Consulting and CEO of Project Planning Pro and is leading the development of a project management software product that includes artificial intelligence features. Previously, he co-founded PM Evolution Inc., a project, program and portfolio management consulting and training firm, which was acquired by major regional accounting firm.

A long-time member and volunteer of PMI, Darwyn held many leadership roles at SNEC, including president, and helped develop two PMI global standards: Program Management and Portfolio Management, and update another: Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3).  He is also on the PM Advisory Board for Post University.
