Discrimination and Harassment Avoidance Training

In this program, Mary Gambardella, Partner and Chair of Wiggin and Dana’s Labor, Employment & Benefits Department, will provide an overview of the applicable laws and regulations governing workplace conduct, specifically those which prohibit discrimination and sexual harassment. She will give practical examples and guidance on recommended policies and procedures, as well as how employers can best address workplace behavior which can give rise to claims.
